For returns, once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. The funds can take up to 3 business days to show up in your account.

After you place an order with us, please allow 1-3 business days for us to ship your order. Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship & we will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.

Shipping is free for all orders that include at least one subscription item, as well as for orders over $35 at GEN2. Otherwise shipping costs $4.50 for regular (4-8 business days). Express shipping via 3 business day service costs $8.
